By using this facility, you will be able to capture all the information pertinent to your CSOS application in layout similar to the actual form.
If you are worried that you will not have all the information you need to complete the application, don’t worry. For now, you can insert whatever information you are sure of. As long as you include your name and email address, you will be able to email the partially completed form to yourself and we will include an infographic which contains helpful suggestions. You can then come back and repeat the process again after taking whatever advice you consider necessary.
