Your issue does not qualify

An applications for an order declaring any decision of an association or an executive committee to be void needs to be made no later than 60 days after such a decision was taken.

As such, the CSOS can only deal with these applications if they were made within the time frame, or “good cause” is shown and the ombud, at their discretion, condones the late submission of the application.

The answer option you chose indicates that your application would be made outside of the time frame – with no “good cause” for late submission, and so CSOS would not be able to assist you in your dispute.
